Services for Addie R. "Ree" Russell will be held Friday, December 15, 2017 at Webb Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. with Rev. Mike Russell, Rev. John Vaughn, and Rev. Don Gentry officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 10 - 11a.m. Interment will be in Arkadelphia Baptist Church cemetery. Mrs. Russell died on December 12th at Anderson Hospital. She was a homemaker most of her life but worked as a secretary for North Lauderdale Water Association in earlier years. She was a long time member of Arkadelphia Baptist Church. She was quick to tell you what she thought, even if you didn't ask her. But she did it out of a sense of wanting to help rather than hurt. She had a quick wit that her sons and some of her grandchildren feel blessed to have inherited. Survivors include her sons, Mike Russell (Becky) of Meridian and Neal Russell (Christie) of Marietta, GA; Grandchildren, Stacy Russell, Tina Martin (Donald), April Pritchett (Shawn), Lauren Russell (Jay Carter), and Eli Harrison (Jenny); Great Grandchildren, Seth Russell, Jase Russell, Sarah Martin, Ethan Martin, Logan Pritchett, Laura Pritchett, and Kevin Carter; One Sister, Bobbie Parker of Meridian; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, W.S. "Bill" Russell Sr.; her son, W.S. "Bo" Russell Jr.; her parents, Will and Annie Jane Neal; and several brothers and sisters.
