Alexander John Folks

    Alexander “Al” John Folks, 54, of Toomsuba, passed away at his home on February 10, 2025. 

     Al was born to Richard Warner Folks and Eva Louise (Lester) Bunyard on January 20, 1971, in Germany. He will be remembered as a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He lived a good life and enjoyed his family. His favorite pastime when he was able, was dirt track racing. He won several trophies during his years at the track. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

     Al was preceded in death by his father, Richard Folks; his grandparents; his sister, Wendy Neese; and his stepfather, James Bunyard.

     He is survived by his beloved children, Alexander James Folks, Tiffany Folks (Dylan Criddle), and Dawn Folks; his loving mother, Eva Bunyard; his brothers, Richie Folks (Debra), Bill Bunyard, and Artis Bunyard; his sister, Nicki Bunyard; a legacy of three sweet grandchildren, Evelyn Criddle, Scarlatte Criddle, and James Davidson; his special niece and nephew, Sarah and Rick Folks; along with numerous extended family members and friends.

     Al’s family will have a private memorial service to honor his life and memory at a later date.
