Alice Furr

Alice Obera Furr, of Meridian, passed away at Rush Hospital on August 21, 2018 at the age of 74. A family memorial will be held at a later date at Meridian Memorial Park cemetery.
She was one of the first graduates of West Lauderdale High School in 1964.
She is preceded in death by her mother Hazel Kerr; husband Henry Furr; brother John "J.T." Kerr.
Mrs. Furr leaves behind her son Thomas "Tommy" Furr; son in law John Mitchell; daughter Patricia "Trish" McDaniel; daughter in law Lisa Alexander; grandchildren Walter "BoBo" McDaniel and James McDaniel. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Marshall McDaniel, Madilyn "Madi" McDaniel and Levi McDaniel.
She may have left this world, but she will always be in the hearts of her loved ones. May she rest in peace.
