Mrs. Annie Opal Mayfield

Services for Mrs. Annie Opal Mayfield will be held Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Webb Chapel with the Revs. Ralph Henson, Mike Boles and Everett Bonner officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Mayfield, 84, died Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Queen City Nursing Home in Meridian. She was a member of the Singing Saints and a retired nurse at Rush Hospital after 22 years of service..

She is survived by her son Bill Mayfield and wife, Diann of Toomsuba sister, Margaret Bonner of Tylertown, MS grandchildren: Daniel, David and Brandon Mayfield Paul, Ricky, Bryan and Gerald Ricks Abby Moon and Alexa Crane great grandchildren: Jacob, Jordan, Owen, Malachi and Noah Mayfield Danny, Jennifer, Richie, Jared, Tyler, Jessica, Jenney, Brianna, Brandy, Chris and Sophia Ricks Merritt and Miller Moon six great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Mayfield daughter, Wanda Lynn Ricks.

Pallbearers will be Paul Ricks, Ricky Ricks, Bryan Ricks, Gerald Ricks, Danny Ricks, David Mayfield, Daniel Mayfield and Brandon Mayfield.

Visitation will be Friday, February 26, 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
