Auzella Harger Thompson

Services for Auzella Harger Thompson will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at Webb Funeral Home with Brother Jack Kern officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Thompson, 87, went peacefully to be with her Savior on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017, at James Champion Nursing Home.
Mrs. Thompson was a native of Meridian and grew up in the Tuxedo community. She was a wife, mother and homemaker. She loved the Lord and was a charter member of Arrowwood Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, vacation bible school, and was an active member. She was a current member at Faith Baptist Church. Mrs. Thompson was known for attending all of her grandchildren's activities and sporting events. She loved the Atlanta Braves and country music.
She is survived by three sons Ronnie Thompson (Debbie) of Pearl, MS; Randy Thompson (Kim) and Doug Thompson (Anna), both of Meridian; grandchildren: Natalie Thompson Gillis (Chad), Chad Thompson, Alex Thompson (Cari), Randy Boyd Thompson, and Allyson Thompson Wells; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 special nieces Gail Lacaze Dick (John) and Brenda Lacaze Sullivan (Jimmy) and many great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her husband Raymond E. "Bubba" Thompson, her parents John and Bessie G. Harger, stepmother Evie Harger, brother Evan Lamar "Pete" Harger, sister Louise Harger Miller, and nephew Johnnie Marlan Lacaze.
Pallbearers are Chad Thompson, Alex Thompson, Randy Boyd Thompson, Jimmy Sullivan, John Dick, and Dylan Morgan.
Visitation will be held from 1:30-2:30 on Wednesday at Webb Funeral home.
