Mrs. Barbara "Nannie" Pierce Frey, 64, of Stonewall, MS went to be home with our Lord on Saturday, March 26, 2016. Barbara was born on November 9, 1951 in Meridian, MS to the late Bill and Christine Pierce. Mrs. Frey was retired from General Motors. Barbara was deeply loved and cherished by all that knew her. She was a devoted partner to her adored husband, Fred. Her love for her children was invaluable and her little Amazing "Grace" was her angel. Her unique Christ-like light was a beacon of inspiration to family and friends. She was a faithful member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church for over 38 years. She was loyal to the people around her and served our Lord with an endless smile.
Mrs. Barbara is survived by her husband, Fred Frey; Children, Christina "Tina" Hamrick (Ricky), Keith Frey ( Stacie); Grandchildren, Grace Frey, Heather Hamrick, Hali Hamrick Morgan and Tori Hamrick; along with many nieces, nephews, family, friends, and her "boys" Jojo Frey and LoRyder Hamrick. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved son, Johnny Frey; brothers, Sammie and Jerry Pierce; sisters Sue Pierce and Sandra Kay Collier.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 29 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at James F. Webb Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday March 30, at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church at 11:00 AM with Pastor Dale Moore and Pastor David Moore officiating. Visitation will also be held at the church 30 Minutes prior to the service. Burial will be at the church directly following the service.
Pallbearers will be David Bonner, Arnold Ray Enzor, Randy Fisher, Ronald Fisher, David Hosch, Billy Pierce, Jay Pierce and Karey Williams. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dewayne Fisher, Gavin Fisher, Chris Lafferty, Karlton Williams and members of Mrs. Barbara's Young Adult Sunday School Class.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
