Barbara Lee Hopper

Services for Barbra Lee Hopper will be held Tuesday at 2pm at Arkadelphia Baptist Church with Bro. David Roberson and Bro. Donald Gentry officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hopper, 78, of Bailey, died Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Rush Hospital. She was a member of Arkadelphia Baptist Church. She loved to read, especially her bible. She loved to cook, paint, and write poetry. Barbara was a true artist.

She is survived by her husband, David A. Hopper; children, John David Hopper(Marsha), Kathy Roberson(David), and Nancy Lee Hopper; grandchildren, Shelley Angell (Stewart), Stephanie Bishop (Dakota), Kevin Hopper, Katelyn Hopper, Kyle Roberson (Katie), Corey Roberson (Jessica), and Seth Roberson; great grandchildren, Abigail Angell, Parker Roberson, Kynslee Roberson, and Randi Kate Roberson; sisters, Betty Barrett, Bonnie Townsend (Jerrel), and Brenda Freeman; brother, Bill Freeman(JoAnn); and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Katheryn Freeman; and grandsons, James Allen Hopper, Benjamin Cody Roberson, Zachary Tyler Roberson, and Matthew Dustin Roberson.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 12-2 pm at the church.
