Funeral Services for Mrs. Barbara Lois "Bobbie" Marcum Stokes will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at Webb Funeral Home Chapel, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Phillip Marshall officiating. Visitiation will be on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 5 - 7 p.m. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Bobbie, 88, of Meridian, passed away on February 19, 2019 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She worked at Burnlees shirt factory and after closing she continued her education and got her LPN licenese. She enjoyed reading and traveling. She was a football fan, following the MSU Bulldogs and the New Orleans Saints. She also was a long time member of Westwood Baptist and enjoyed spending time with her grand and great grandchildren.

She was survived by her Daughters, Virginia Kay Evans and Jennifer Jones (Andy); Son, Gary Stokes (Debra); Grandchildren, Kelly Meglich (Mark), Krystal Greathouse (Nathanial), Rebecca Hennegan (Johhny), and Sally Madison (Josh); Great Grandchildren, Luke and Logan Meglich, Ava and Georgia Clarke, and Charlotte Lyon.

She was preceded by her parents, Henry and Althea Marcum ;Husband, G.W. Stokes; Grandson, Terry Evans; Brother, Buddy Marcum; Sister, Billie Renfrow.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Blair Batson Childrens Hospital.
