Becky Russell

May 18, 1954 — June 4, 2020

Graveside services for Becky Lynn Russell will be held Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Arkadelphia Baptist Church. Stephens Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Russell died June 4th at her home. She was an Administrative Assistant at MDOT for over 20 years. Earlier in life, she was a church secretary at FBC Lauderdale. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Becky had an inexhaustible supply of love which blessed so many people’s lives. She leaves a void in our hearts that won’t ever be filled. Her presence in this world will never be replaced.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father Bill and Maxine Sheehan and an infant son Jamey Michael.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Mike Russell of Meridian; daughters Tina Martin (Donald) of Scooba, MS, April Pritchett (Shawn) of Bridge City, TX; grandchildren Logan Pritchett, Sarah Martin, Laura Pritchett and Ethan Martin; sisters Barbara Mayfield (Wayne), Betty Cumberland (James); brother in law Neal Russell (Christie) and sister in law Willa Russell (Willie) along with some amazingly great nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorials be made to Oak Hill Baptist Church, P.O. Box 3938, Meridian, MS 39303.

Per her request, graveside services will be for family members only.
