Beryl Elizabeth (Beth) Harbour

Services for Beryl Elizabeth (Beth) Harbour will be held Wednesday, September 9, at 11am in the chapel of James F. Webb Funeral Home with the Rev. Chuck Meador officiating. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery.

Beth, 86, of Meridian, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Bedford Care Center in Marion.

She was born in Meridian and retired from Bell South Telephone Company after 37 1/2 years of service. Beth was a member of Poplar Springs Drive United Methodist Church and the Bell South Pioneers retirement group. She enjoyed her family, cooking, sewing and flowers as a member of the local daylily society.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley Odell Harbour and Beryl Owen Harbour, two brothers Dr. William T. (Bill) Harbour, Sr. and Aubert O. (Bert) Harbour.

She is survived by her brother Stanley Owen Harbour and wife Pat; Bert's wife Faye Long Harbour; nieces and nephews Lisa, Lynn, Charlie, Jennifer, Ann, William, Jr. Cindy, Mandy and John; numerous great nieces and nephews; and special friends Mary Inez Smith and Dorothy Wall.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Poplar Springs Drive United Methodist Church or your charity of choice
