Bessie Garrison

Graveside Services for Mrs. Bessie Kate Ray Garrison will be held Friday, December 18, 2009 at 3:00 pm at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. Lamar Lifer officiating. James F. Webb in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Garrison, 97, of Meridian, Died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Jannett Bird; granddaughter, Suzzanne Nelson and her husband, William; grandson, Ken Bird, all of Meridian; great grandchildren: Brook Nealey of Tuscaloosa, AL; Courtney Sullivan of Meridian; Callie Lermonth and husband, Gary of Philadelphia; Chelsea Bird; great great grandchildren, Claire Sullivan and Mason Lermonth.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Hilliard Garrison and granddaughter, Kathy Nealy.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:30 prior to service at funeral home.
