Bessie Harper

Memorial Services for Mrs. Bessie Louise Pierce Harper will be 11 am Monday September 9, 2019 at James F. Webb funeral home. Brother Davey Wilkinson will officiate the service.

Mrs. Harper 97 of Meridian passed away Thursday September 5th 2019 at her home in Meridian, MS. She loved spending time with her family, Gardening and Quilting. She retired from the Lauderdale County School System as a cafeteria employee at South East Lauderdale School.

She is survived by her children, Addie Moore and Husband Sonny and Bruce Harper and Wife Peggy; Sisters, Jean Harbour, Mollie Shelton, Marie Harper, Kaye Boles and Husband Eugene; Grandchildren, Pamela Branning and husband Lamar, Ronald Moore and wife Liz, Raymond Moore and wife Heather, Reggie Lummus and wife Kathy, Joshua Jones and wife Carol, Jeremy Harper and wife Rebecca, Jason Harper and wife Anne. Numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in Death by her husband Willie Roe Harper, Daughter, Dale Jones, Parents Lonnie and Bessie Pierce, brothers Dickie Pierce, Robert Pierce, sisters Mildred White and Annie Ethridge.
