Funeral services for Mrs. Birdie L. Shirley will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Seller and the Rev. Carl Stephens officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Nebo Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Shirley, age 105, of Meridian, passed away Saturday at the Oaks Rehabilitation Center. She was retired from May Webb Hosiery Mill and East Mississippi State Hospital.

She is survived by her several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Dora Threatt and her husband Steve Shirley.

Visitation will be Monday, 5 7 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home.
