Services for Mr. Bobby Smith will be held Wednesday at 10 am at Webb Chapel with Bro. Lamar Lifer and Bro. Mike McKee officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Smith, 85, of Meridian, died Monday, December 10, 2012 at Queen City Nursing Center. He was a retired sales rep with Independent Linen. He was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Meridian Moose Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Ottis Jackson Smith son, Billy Smith and wife Sandra daughter, Debbie Smith Eggleston and husband David step daughter, Sherry White and husband Lowry grandchildren, Brian Smith, Susan Smith and husband Rick, Jonathan Eggleston, Duane White and wife Chrissy, and Danny White great grandchildren, Leslie and Justin White and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Willie Smith his first wife, Jean Smith brother, Jimmy Smith and sister, Vera Ramirez.

Pallbearers will be Brian Smith, Jonathan Eggleston, Duane White, Rick Smith, James Ray Hopkins, and Dr. A Otis Seal. Honorary pallbearer will be Danny White.
