Canaan Faucette

Canaan David Faucette was born on Sunday, October 15, 2017, at 5:34 pm. After a short time of being held in the loving arms of family, he passed into the arms of Jesus.

Canaan was the son of William David Jr. and Natalie Faucette of Quitman. He is survived by two siblings, London Brooks and Bella McKae Faucette.

His paternal grandparents are William "Billy" David Sr. and Joyce Faucette of Clarkdale. His maternal grandparents are Clay Chancelor of Enterprise and Ricky and Stacy Guidry of Pachuta.

His paternal great grandparents were Bob and Ollie "Teddy" Faucette of Clarkdale and Debs and Inez Todd of Meridian. His maternal great grandparents are Jimmy and Lois Smith of Stonewall, Clovis Chancelor and the late Ancil Chancelor of Quitman.

He is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

While we do not know why Canaan had to leave us so soon, we will see him again. Until then, Jesus will continue to love on our beautiful baby boy. For "Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.'" Matthew 19:14.

A graveside service for Canaan will be held Friday, October 20, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Stonewall Cemetery. Arrangements are being made by Webb Funeral Home of Meridian.
