Services for Mr. Carl Dene Wiggins will be held Wednesday at 11am at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church with Bro. Tom Belcher and Bro. Jessie Napp officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Wiggins, 87, of Meridian, died Sunday, July 14, 2013 at his residence. He was a Sunday School Teacher and an active deacon at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Boots Wiggins sons, Dennis Ray Wiggins and wife Patricia, and Carl Wayne Wiggins and wife Ann grandchildren, Amy Thomas, Holly B. Wiggins, Robbye Spangler, Carl Eddie Graham, and Tabitha Bond great grandchildren, Haydn, Can, Abbye, Anna, Kennedy, Cannon, Taylor, Conner, and Colton 5 step sisters and 1 step brother.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.

Pallbearers will be Tom Alsobrook, Haydn Thomas, Robbye Spangler, Carl E. Graham, Caroll McLemore, and Mike Neal. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Bradley, A.J. Napp, Harvel Davidson, Lloyd Bowden, Bennie Joiner, and Doby Mathis.
