Mr. Pender, 74, of Meridian, passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 at his residence. Cecil was born in Pennsylvania and a United States Navy veteran

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Cecil Pender, Sr.; stepson, Mike Hoy and his sister, Shirley.

He is survived by his wife, Shelby Pender; daughter, Lisa Jones and husband, Barry; stepdaughter, Kim Rivers and husband, Paul; stepson, David Hoy and wife Nacy; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sister, Pat Brannen and brother, Richard Pender.
