Dolores Herring

Services for Dolores Bailey Herring will be held Thursday, August 14, 2008 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church with the Rev. Lenin Vargas officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Herring, 90, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at Infinity Hospice. She was a life-long member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and a graduate of the original catholic school, St. Aloysius Academy, now known as St. Patrick Catholic School. She was a member at large of International Association of Administrative Professionals. Survivors include her sister, Marie Bailey of Meridian; a brother, Dr. Joseph Bailey and his wife, Barbara, of San Diego; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; several great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews and a special niece, Teresa Bailey LaBiche of Meridian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Herring; her parents, Joseph Sr. and Evelyn Erben Bailey; sisters, Olga Bailey and Lucille Bailey Thomas and a brother, Louis Bailey Sr. Memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic School Building Fund. Pallbearers will be members of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 802 and long-time friend, Jack Byrne. Visitation will be Thursday one hour prior to the service at the church.
