Mrs. Welborn, age 44, passed away on August 24, 2016 at J.T. Champion Nursing Center.
She is survived by her Mother, Louree Welborn; Sisters, Betty Thomas and Renea Weinski; Brothers, John Welborn, Dale Welborn, Michael Welborn, Larry Welborn, Matt Welborn, Tommy Welborn, and Tony Thomas.
