Dorothy "Dot" Williams

Services for Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Elizabeth Williams will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at graveside, 3:30 pm with Bro. Jack Kern officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 pm on Saturday at James F. Webb Funeral Home.

"Ms. Dot" passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Queen City Nursing facility. She loved to fish and work crossword puzzles. In her earlier years she loved to shoot pool. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Jones (Gary); Son, Bill Slay (Diane); daughter, Elaine Vincent; Grandchildren, Jami Slay, Liz Mercer, Kristi Stephens, Matt Mayerhoff, Amber Johnson, Mark Vincent, Sam Vincent, Jessica Hawkins, and Amanda Rickles; numerous great-grandchildren; Sister, Norma Jean Hamrick; Brother, Jerry Griffin; numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded by her parents, Clarence and Nannie Griffin; Father of her children, Bobby Slay; Husband, Donald Williams; twin boys, Robert Lee and Ralph Wayne Slay; daughter, Evelyn Mayerhoff; and Brother, Jack Griffin.

Pallbearers will be Roger Wright, Eddie Rigdon, Dan Denton, Michael Ray Johnston, Ed Mayerhoff, and Matt Mayerhoff.
