Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 17th, 2008 James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Lamar Lifer officiating. Burial will in Magnolia Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Smith, age 58, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He retired from McCarty Holman after 25 years of service.

He is survived by his wife: Anna Baysden; son: Eric Smith and wife, Annette of Bailey. Two step-grandchildren: Robbie Blalock and Jamie Sullivan. Brothers: Robert Smith of Atlanta, GA, Dan Smith of Dallas, TX and David Smith of Meridian. A special friend, Linda Brown.

He is preceded in death by parents, Royd and Elvis Smith.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at funeral home.
