Elsie Evola Smith Services for Elsie Evola Smith will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Carmel Baptist Church with Brother Joe Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with James. F. Webb in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Smith, 88, of Toomsuba, died Thursday, April 27, 2017 at her residence. Visitation will be Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at Carmel Baptist Church.
