Emma Jean Ballard Rutledge Hambrick

Services for Mrs. Emma Jean Hambrick will be held Thursday at 10am at Webb Chapel with Rev. James K. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Meehan Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Hambrick, 81, of Meridian, died Sunday, July 21, 2013 at her residence.

She is survived by her children, Douglas M. Rutledge JoAnn, Leslie E. Hambrick, Jr., J.R. Hambrick, Debbie A. Hambrick, Annie Litchfield Douglas, Sheila Hambrick, and Tony Hambrick grandchildren, Steven, Scotty Ray, and Stephon Rutledge, LeeAnn, Lisa, Pamela, and Shaina Hambrick, Dana, James, and Dewayne Jackson, Melinda Mabry, Steven Litchfield, Allen and Stanley Battles, and Emma and Mark Hambrick 28 Great Grandchildren brothers, Otis and Marvin Ballard sister, Virginia Spooner and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Eugene Hambrick, Sr. brothers, Johnny and Richard Ballard and sister, Vera Mae Warren.

Pallbearers will be James Jackson, Dewayne Jackson, Allen Battles, Stanley Battles, Steven Litchfield, and Michael Chaney.
