Mrs. Moulds, 85, of Meridian, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Infinity Hospice in Marion. She was born May 13, 1925, along with her twin sister Beulah May in Meehan. She had many fond memories of her childhood at Sageville, Ms. She graduated from Meridian High School in 1943, and clearly recalled the principal instructing the students to always remember the significance of the blackout curtains in the gymnasium. Her generation is truly The Greatest Generation.

She accepted Christ as her Savior at a tent revival at the age of 15. She had a great love for the Lord and his Word. She attended Jones Chapel Church of God for many years and later the Church of the Way. She also loved books, poetry, and all of nature, especially cats.

She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Chambers and son in law Terry Chambers three nieces, Rosemary McLemore, Susan Hawkins, and Laura Applegarth nephew, Gerald Wellborn brother and sister in law, Morris and Esther Moulds, and nieces, Kathy Moulds, Cindy Moulds, Robin Beckham and nephew Ken Moulds.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Robert W. Bobby Moulds parents, Paul Jones Wellborn, Sr. and Mary Lou Wellborn sisters, Alma Harris and Beulah McLemore and brother, Paul Jones Wellborn, Jr. Those of us who remain will cherish her memory as a loving and devoted mother, wife, aunt, sister, and friend.

Pallbearers will be Kendall Hawkins, Ronald Chambers, Rick Chambers, Tommy Dawkins, Gerald Roberson, and Marvin Floyd.
