Evelyn Brown Switzer

Services for Evelyn Brown Switzer will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Jose' de Jesus Sanchez officiating. Internment will be in the Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Switzer passed away on Friday, July 10, 2015 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She was devoted to her family and she loved flowers and watching birds.


She is survived by her daughters, Sherry (Danny) Hatcher of Bailey and Cathy (Russell) Stockton of Smyrna, Texas; son, Richard E, Switzer Jr., (Jan), of Irving, Texas; grandchildren, David (April) Hatcher, Ben (Heather) Hatcher, Kimberly Stockton, Melissa (Allen) Mounts, Stacia Newell, and Richard E. Switzer III; great-grandchildren, Haley Mounts, Patrick Mounts, Noah Hatcher, Eli Hatcher, Scarlett Hatcher, Katie Newell, Allie Newell, and Case Edward Switzer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Ed" Switzer; parents, Dalton and Lois Brown; three brothers, Adron Brown, Harold Brown, and Othel Brown.

Family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
