Florence Collier

Services for Mrs. Florence Collier will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019,at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel, at 11 a.m., with Bro. Ed Dickerson officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. Interment will be in Spring Hill Methodist Church Cemetery on Zero Road.

Mrs. Collier, 93, of Meridian, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at her home. She was a retired seamstress. She loved to work in her yard and tend her flowers and was an avid blue grass fan.

She is survived by her daughters, Marie Joyner (Bennie) and Ruth "Tootsie" Hammons (Butch); Son, Everette "Bo" Collier (Sue); Grandchildren, Frank Douglas, Chris Douglas, Andi Munsch, Mickey Boles, and Suzanne Vogt; Numerous Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren; One sister, Marjorie McElroy; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her husband, Milder B. Collier and her parents, Marvin and Ruth Linton; Three brothers and one sister.
