Mrs. Frances Phillips

Mrs. Frances Coleman Phillips, 75, of Cuba Alabama passed away on May 4, 2017 at the John C. Stennis Memorial Hospital in DeKalb, MS. Services will be held at the James F Webb Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at 11:30am in Meridian, MS with Reverend Chris Kiepe officiating. Burial will follow at the Clay Memorial Cemetery in Cuba, Alabama with James F Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Phillips was born in Meridian, MS on June 18, 1941 to Claudie and C. H. Coleman. Mrs. Phillips was a member of the Cuba Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Phillips worked at Rob Roy Company in York, Alabama and enjoyed flower gardening and cooking.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Dal Phillips of Cuba, Alabama, daughter Pam Baker and son-in-law John from Temecula, CA and daughter Debbie Phillips from Columbus, OH. She has two granddaughters Lauren and Shannon Baker from Temecula, CA.
Mrs. Phillips is also survived by four sisters, Cathy Warden, Carolyn Richardson, and Donna Sue Heiden from Meridian, MS and Teresa Allen of Auburn, Indiana, and two brothers Wayne and Jerry Coleman from Meridian, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents Claudie and C.H. Coleman, her brother James Coleman, and three sisters, Nora Todd, Barbara Hayes, and Patsy Anton.
Pallbearers will be Marcus Coleman, Joe Heiden, Tim Richardson, Mike Hayes, Mike Richardson and Roger Thorne.
