A memorial service for Mrs. Geneva Blackwell Dearman will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 am with Rev. Tim Adams officiating.
Mrs. Dearman, 88, of Meridian, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 6, 2018 at Rush Foundation Hospital. She was born in Clarke County to Bivian and Lillie Neal on February 16, 1930. She loved to fish and work in her garden. In her early career she worked at a business in Texas that made furniture for churches, later she decided to stay at home and take care of her family.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Clyde Dearman; Three Daughters, Sandra Eaton and her husband Ricky, Martha Jackson and her husband Henry, and Pamela Rosenbaum; by One Son, Travis Blackwell; by 16 Grandchildren; by 23 Great Grandchildren; and by 10 Great Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded by her parents; a husband, Nathan Blackwell; a son, James Robert Blackwell; and by two daughters, Bennie Sue Miller and Linda Diane Todd.
