Memorial Services will be held at a later date for Mrs. Geraldine Parker.
Mrs. Parker,54, of Meridian, passed away at her residence Sunday.
She was a homemaker who loved her family especially her grandson. She enjoyed working in her yard, caring for her flowers. She will be remembered for her ability to bring back to life plants that others would deem dead. Mrs. Parker definitely had a "green thumb". She also loved her little puppy "FeFe".
She is survived by her husband, Micky Parker; sons Alan Jenkins and wife Brandi, Ronnie Jenkins; grandson A.J. Jenkins; mother Margaret Poythress; sister Betty Ann Singleton and husband Robert and brother in law Steven Labat
Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her father Bobby Joyner; step-father James Poythress and sister Margaret Labat.
