Mrs Robinson passed quietly and peacefully on July 17, 2020. She was a resident at Bedford Care Center of Meridian .She was surrounded by her family whom she loved dearly.
Having been a nurse for 40 years at Rush Foundation Hospital, she loved taking care of her patients and her family. She graduated from Rush Infirmary in 1947. She worked as Director of Nurses then became a clinic nurse with Dr Leslie Rush Sr and Dr Leslie V. Rush Jr. She became a clinic manager for many years but decided to step down to take care of her husband, Reed Robinson. He was the love of her life and she was his. They went through very difficult times but stayed the course and fought the good fight. Truly both great examples of the Greastest Generation.
Mrs Robinson was a long time member of NortPark Church. She loved going to church and worshiping our Savior. She instilled into her children and grandchildren the desire to follow God. She was an example of Christian love to all who met her.

Her grandchildren Laurel Ethridge, Charlie Robinson, Brett Holloway, Mitch Robinson, Tera Murphy, Troy Robinson, Ty Robinson,Jet Robinson, Jonathan Sisson, Jake Sisson and Jesse Sisson. Survived also by siblings Jewel Thompson, sister, Bonnie Beddingfield, sister and Gene Davidson, brother. She leaves behind her great grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces and countless friends.
She is joining her husband Reed and son Michael Robinson in Heaven s glory. She will be surrounded by her parents and siblings who have gone on before her. God will greet her with the words we all long to hear”Well done good and faithful servant.”
