Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Frances Goodwyn will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2013 at Webb Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ebb Fox Jr. officiating. Interment will be held at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Goodwyn, age 84, of Meridian passed away on January 4, 2013 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by her Two Daughters, Elizabeth Smith and her husband Al of Collinsville, MS and Barbara Herrington of Meridian Four Granddaughters, Kim Watson and her husband Eddie, Amy Oliver and her husband Brian, Susan Hutchinson and her husband Taurus, and Dusti Parker and her husband Ken Parker Jr. Twelve Great Grandchildren and One Brother, William George Ballard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hervie and Vivian Ballard by her husband of 50 years, William Claude Goodwyn Jr. and by her grandson, Chad Goodwyn Herrington.

Pallbearers are Eddie Watson, Brian Oliver, Taurus Hutchinson, and Rod Rainer.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Webb Funeral Home from 5:00 7:00 pm.
