Ida Autry

Ida Elizabeth Autry “Libby” was a caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She passed away on 18 August 2022 at the age of 95 in Meridian, MS.

Ms. Autry was the widow of the late Douglas Autry and the mother of Becky Jordan.  She leaves her brother, Howell Rogers, two granddaughters, Jennifer Blevins (Ken) and Margie Mire (Scott), four great grandchildren, Nathan, Noah, Jordan, and Addie.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Howell Whitfield “Whit” Rogers and Leona Weatherly Rogers and her sisters Yvonne Bain, Peggy McKee, and Virginia Grisham.

A visitation is scheduled for 22 August 2022 from 1-3pm followed by the funeral service at Pine Grove Baptist Church, 6777 Hwy 5 Hickory Flat, MS 38633 with interment to follow.  Dr. Michael Baker and Rev. Randy Hamilton will officiate.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church and Northcrest Baptist Church Shoebox Ministry.  Online condolences may be made at www.webbstephens.com.
