Mr. Jack L. Fontaine

Memorial services for Mr. Jack L. Fontaine will be held Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Meridian Chapel with Dr. Raymon Leake officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Fontaine, age 77, died on January 10, 2011 at Rush Hospital. He was retired from Avery Dennison.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Fontaine and his children, Amy Moore and Marc Fontaine Grandchildren, Tami and Jamie Moore and his mother in law, Joanne Nyman.
