James Burroughs

Services for Leonard Burroughs will be held Friday, December 22, 2017, at 2:00p.m. at Twin Cemetery in Wahalak, MS.

Mr. Burroughs, age 84, of DeKalb, passed away December 20 at Andersons.

Mr. Burroughs is survived by his daughters, Brenda Brown, Rita (Dan) Denton, Veronica (Don) Wyatt, Rosemary Burroughs, and Sandra Burroughs; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a special grandson, Dustin Brown; and his sister, Betty Burroughs.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtis Frances Burroughs and his parents, Jessi and Nina Burroughs.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial be made in his honor to The Gideons International.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Brown, Clint Denton, Dan Denton and Chris Payne.
