Graveside Services for Mr. James F. (Ted) Widener will be held Saturday, May 7, 2016, at 11:00 AM, at Kewanee Cemetery with Rev. Mike McKee officiating. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Widener, 79, of Henderson, NV, formerly of Meridian, MS, died peacefully at St. Rose De Lima Hospital in Henderson, NV. He was born January 1, 1937 and raised in Cuba, AL. He worked as a truck driver and lived in Mississippi and Alabama before moving to Henderson, NV in the 1980's. He enjoyed old western movies, old time country and gospel music, cooking and being outdoors.

He is survived by three daughters, Linda Roybal (Ernie), Samantha Fox (Lance), both of Henderson, NV; and Barbara H. Touchton (Randy) of Collinsville, MS; 13 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Bessie McElroy Widener; Sister, Elizabeth Landrum; Brothers, Bill, Horace, John and Bob Widener; and Son, James R. (Bo) Widener.
