Graveside services for Janet Ruth Key will be Wednesday, December22, 2021, at 1 pm, at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery in Dekalb, MS. Brother John Cash and Brother Chris Gully will be officiating. Ms. Key, 57, died Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. Webb & Stephens Funeral Home - Dekalb is honored to be handling her arrangements.

Janet is survived by her mother Ruth Boren Key; her sister Joyce Key; her brother Kim Key (Linda); some very special family members and lots of friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Jerry Key.

Janet was retired from the State Department of Human Services where she worked for 30+ years. She absolutely loved children and was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. She loved shopping and watching Mississippi State sports. Janet was a graduate of Mississippi State University, where she held multiple bachelor’s degrees, one in Economics and the other in Banking and Finance.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Aust, Ken Aust, Tommy Card, Bradley Harris, and Gene McCarty.
