Services for Jason "Chris" Trayal will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021. Visitation is from 9am to 11am and Memorial service begins at 11am at Webb Funeral Home.

Chris,50, of Meridian passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021 peacefully at home, his wife and son right by his side. Chris was born July 6, 1970 in Meridian. In 1995 he married his soulmate Katy Nofire, from there they began their sweet little family being blessed with Clayborn Cashus Trayal in 1997. In March of 2020 Chris retired from 30+ years of service at Heart & Sole Cycle. After retiring his two sweet fur babies "Belle" and "Baby Kitty" became his constant companions. Chris will be remembered most for being the most awesome husband, a kind and loving father and a loyal friend to many.
Chris is survived by his wife of 25.5 years, Katy Nofire; son Clayborn Trayal; Mother Mary Ann Trayal; Grandmother Sarah Trayal; Uncle Charles Trayal,Jr.; brothers, Matthew Jackson (Jenny) , John Raley(Brittney Hamrick), Will Nofire, Dave Harrison (Ashley) and Gabe Smith(Tabatha Hamilton); sisters, Dani Jackson(Valarie Reid) and Katie Jackson(Quinten Dicapo) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Chris is preceded in death by his Grandfather, Charles Trayal,Sr.; Grandmother, Anna Laura Trayal; StepFather, David Jackson and Mother-in-law Sandy Nofire.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Chris never complained about his cancer diagnoses but it broke his heart when he thought of children having to go through so much. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Anderson Regional Cancer Center for being so kind and caring and to Bob Sample, Butch Gray, Michael Beesley, Richard Pigford, and too many more friends to name.
