Jeannette Marie Budd Massey

A graveside service for Jeannette Marie Budd Massey will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 12:00 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Kyle Naylor officiating. Webb & Stephens Funeral Home- North is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Massey, 77, of Collinsville, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Jeannette was born in Avon Park, FL on May 25, 1946. She worked at Van Zyverden and retired after 19 years of service. She lived for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her fur babies.

She is survived by her children, Margaret Massey Haskins (J.W. Jr.) of Bailey, MS, Billy “B.J.” Caldwell (Crystal) of Collinsville, MS, Mary Ann Stevens (Jackie), Carol Haskins (Billy) of DeKalb, MS, B.J. Massey (Valerie), and Tim Massey (Tawnya) of FL; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Angela Haskins, Robert Haskins, Lexie, Gabbi & Liam Caldwell, Joe Haskins, Oakley & Vivian Thomas, Fisher Haskins, Trina, Jodie, Tracy, Joshua, Jonah, Jessica, Beverly, Destini, Hunter, Breanna, Madison, Hannah, Mason, Jaxon, Kember, Tucker, Grayson, Jade, River, Zane, Tallen, Baylor, and Collins; sisters, Pat Conway of New Bern, NC, Violet Budd of Cottondale, FL, Cynthia Slaven of Meridian, MS, Eileen Higginbotham of Shuqualak, MS, and Ada Akers of Fraser, MI; brother-in-law, Terry Massey (Gayla) of Sebring, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews, and fur babies.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harrison and Louise Budd; daughter, Marie Higginbotham; sister, Sarah Fortner; and brothers, Billy, George, and James Budd.

Pallbearers will include Jonah Haskins, Max Stevens, Rocky Stevens Jr. “Bubba”, Billy Haskins, Joshua Haskins, Billy “B.J.” Caldwell.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
