Funeral services for Mr. Jeffery Clay Simmons will be held Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Collinsville United Methodist Church with Rev. Alan Randall officiating. Interment will be held in Collinsville UMC Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Simmons, age 44, of Collinsville, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2013 at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie Simmons Mother, Diane Simmons Father, Harry Simmons and his wife Hope Brother, Christopher Lee Simmons Step Brother, Bobby Gibson Step Sister, Kim Gibson Smith Step Children, Jessica Rudd and her husband Rick and Hunter McQuaig Grandmother, Mary Clark and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Harry S. and Edith T. Simmons and Aaron Clark.

Visitation will be held at Collinsville United Methodist Church on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 10 11 a.m.
