Services for Jesse B. Harwell Wright will be held Thursday, at 1 p.m., at Salem Baptist Church with Bro. Tom Wood and Bro. Jason Falls officiating. Burial will be in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Wright, 87, of Toomsuba, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, in York, Ala. She served as church treasurer and Ladies Sunday School teacher at Salem Baptist Church. She was also a former member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church and a lifetime Bible student.

Survivors include two grandchildren: Wayne Harwell and wife Jessica, and Laura Ribble four greatgrandchildren: Jack Ribble, Allison Ribble, Will Harwell and Madolyn Harwell brother, Hal Bennett Jr. and his wife Linda sister, Betty Garrison three stepchildren: Jerry Wright and wife Judy, Leslie Ann Smith and husband James, and Brenda Hooks and husband Jerry and, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Wright son, Vin Harwell and her parents, Dr. Hal C. Bennett and Margaret Wayne Morris.

Pallbearers will be Charles Black, Wayne Wright, R.W. Shelton, Richie Johnson, Abe Ward, and Mike Smith.

Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Wright and James Smith.
