Jim Sanders

Services for Jim Sanders will be held Saturday at 11 am at First Baptist Church Meridian with Dr. Raymon Leake and Rev. David McCubbin officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Sanders, 83, of Meridian, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a retired Senior Master Sergeant after 39 years of service in the Air National Guard. After his retirement, he and his brother in law ran the Bonita Antique Shop. Jim was a deacon at First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lydia Sanders son, Jimmy Sanders and his wife Beth grandchildren, Luke Sanders and wife Kandence and Logan Sanders great grandchildren, Riley and Kaydence Sanders sister, Nell Robertson and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Letha Sanders sisters, Rebecca Sanders and Virginia White and husband Aaron.

Pallbearers will be Luke Sanders, Ricky Roberts, Buck Roberts, David Waldman, Brandon Shedd, Chad Shedd, Kyron Agent, and Chuck Chatham.
