Services for Mr. Johnnie W. Spires will be held Friday, October 18, 2018 at 2:30 pm at Webb Chapel with Bro. Jim Hutchison and Olen Hull officiating. Burial will be in Chunky Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Spires, 76, of Chunky, died Monday, October 14, 2013 at Pioneer Community Hospital of Newton.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn W. Spires children, Debi Williams, Kalena Luker, and Johnnie M. Spires step daughters, Sherry Hodges and Kelly Stone numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren sister in law, Benji Spires and 2 nephews.

He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Pallbearers will be Tim Tanksley, Josh Hodges, Emily Dees, and Olen Hull.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Gideons.
