Funeral services for Mr. Johnny W. Boyette will be held Monday, March 2, 2009 at 10:00 am in Webb Chapel with the Revs. Bob Followell and Frankie Boyette officiating. Burial will be in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Boyette, age 77, died Friday, February 27, 2009 in Meridian.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Boyette of Meridian; son, Jerry Boyette and his wife, Tina of Port St. Lucie, FL; stepsons: Mark Brantley and his wife, Tracey and Mack Brantley all of Bailey; stepdaughters: Jegetta Tew and her husband, Gaius of Bailey and Lo Ann Hughes of Meridian; fourteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; brother, Billy Joe Boyette and sister, Jean Anderson all of Meridian.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Mollie Boyette; first wife, Doris Boyette; son, Tony Boyette; brother, Leroy Boyette and sister, Grace Pogue.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Posey, Ronny Posey, Delmar Posey, David Posey, Travis Harper and Justin Boyette. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh Brantley, Jeremy Brantley, Daniel Boyd, Brandon Boyd and Clint Tew.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 28, 2009 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm; Sunday, March 1, 2009 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
