Services for Mrs. Johnny Faye Gaines Pace will be held Saturday at 2 pm at Webb Chapel with Rev. Roy Garrett officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Pace, 73, of Meridian, died Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Specialty Hospital in Meridian. God broke our hearts and proved to us he only takes the best when he took our beloved Johnny Faye, who truly had a heart of gold.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jack P. Pace her children, Richard Martin Pace, Sr. and wife Sandra, Jack Marcus Pace, and Ronnie G. Pace and wife Dana grandchildren, Richard Martin Pace, Jr. and wife Alethia, Randall Lee Pace and wife Chasity, Ronnie Gene Pace, Bobby Lee Pace, Jr., Kimberly Pace Thomas and husband Mark, Amy Pitts, Jennifer Pace, and Rachel Jay Lashley and husband Michael great grandchildren, Courtney Pace, Colton Pace, Sidney Pace, McKenzie Brown, Bobby Cash Pace, Jackson Cruz Pace, Denise Thomas, Candace Thomas, Rihanna Pitts, Angelina Michelle Lashley, Cassandra Renee Lashley, and Bella Monrow Pace sisters, Ouida Walker Arnold, and Peggy Gaines Rushing and husband Jack nephew, Brady Rushing and wife Kim nieces, Donna Brewer and husband Frank, Jeana Jones and husband Larry, Dana Rushing and Tammy, and Marcia McDonald and Barbara great nieces, Rachel Shockley and Kellie Rushing great nephews, Matthew Rushing and wife Lana, Justin Rushing, Joseph Boyd, and Brian Kloss and a great great nephew, Gene Kloss.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John Howard Gaines and Gertrude Everett Walker Gaines a son, Bobby Lee Pace, Sr. and a nephew, Michael Rushing.
