June Ross

Visitation for Mrs. June Gale Ross will be held Tuesday between the hours of 5pm and 9pm at Stephens Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ross, 77, of Meridian, entered into eternal rest on Thursday at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham. She was a homemaker who will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mrs. Ross was an avid reader, loved to go to garage sales and a fan of the New Orleans Saints. She was a member of the Northside Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her children Steven Spears (Tanya), Carl Spears (Judy), Susan Massey, Robert Spears, Billy Spears (Rita), John Ross Jr., Jimmy Gray (Vicky); daughter in law Diane Gray; grandchildren LeAnn and Cody Spears, Shane and Jerimiah Gray, Tanner Spears, Jessica Breland, Heather and Holly Massey, Casey and Austin Spears, Lisa and Kevin Spears, Jeremiah Ross and Brandy Holley. Mrs. Ross is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews along with Special Friend Daisy Moulds.
She was preceded in death by her parents Earl Johnson and Betsy Garett; husband John C. Ross Sr. and sons Michael Spears and David Gray.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Northside Church of the Nazarene, 5121 Great River Drive, Meridian, MS 39305.
