Graveside services for Katherine Ruth Boykin will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021, 11:00 a.m., at Meridian Memorial Park with Bro. Caleb Courvelle officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Boykin, 75, of Meridian, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at her residence.

Ruth was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Boykin; children, Dewayne Boykin (Deborah) and Carole Allen (Doyle); grandchildren, Christina Oliver (John), Amanda Hebert (Reggie), Heather Hudgins (Ryan), and Rachel Courville (Caleb); great grandchildren, Ryanne and Blakely Oliver, Chloe, Judah, and Josiah Hebert, Lyla, Alyssa, Levi, and Elias Hudgins, and Mary Margarette and Isaac Courville; siblings, Tommie Hagwood (Bobby), Ronald Warren (Sue), Delite Fuller (Donnie), Michael Warren (Renea), and Robin Warren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Cleo and Catherine Hope Nichols; daughter, Phyllis Evans; grandchildren, Sandy Evans and Johnathon Creel; great granddaughter, Alethia Hebert; and siblings, Diane Mathis, Gerald Warren, Donna Miller, and Ron Chatham.

Pallbearers will include James Mathis, Ryan Hudgins, Scottie Fuller, Robbie Warren, Jim Daniels, and Mike Speed. Honorary pallbearer will be Donnie Fuller.
