Katheryn Dianne Lee Hall
Katheryn Dianne Lee Hall, 68, of Russell, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Our dear wife, mother, Nana, and sister was born on March 23, 1945 in Meridian, MS to Elbey Carlton Lee and Mary Frances Hand Lee Hutchings. Nana grew up in Meridian and attended Meridian Public Schools along with her siblings, Wayne Carlton Lee, Randy Blake Lee, and Marilyn Virginia Lee Jones. Her heart and home was always in Meridian, where she met and married her only love, J.W. Hall in 1962. The birth of their first child, Debbie, followed soon after. Later came three sons, Jay, Richie, and Floyde. She was a loving, supportive, and active mother, participating in her childrens many activities, including room mother for their elementary years, leading brownie troops, GAs and Acteens at Midway Baptist Church and attending countless sporting events.
Nana is survived by her sweetheart and husband, J.W. Hall, her daughter, Debbie Ward Tracy of Aberdeen, MS her sons, Jay Hall Kelly of Loxley, AL Richie Hall Kelly of Cartersville, GA and Floyde Hall of Meridian. Grandchildren: Wes Ward Leah, Eli Ward Aileah, Shea Ward Taylor Nathan, Jake Hall, Collin Hall, Brian Glass, Stacie Glass Mayo Jason, Mia Katheryn Hall, Abigail Hall, Alayna Hall, and 11 great grandchildren. Her brothers Wayne Lee of Pearl, MS, Blake Lee and Clyde Eldridge of Airville, PA and two very special sistersinlaw, Sue Kieffer of Gower, MO and Zelma Trammel of Dalewood, also survive her. And last, but not least, her favorite four footed child, Foots.
Nana was preceded in death by her parents Bo Lee and Frances Hutchings, stepfather, Robert Hutchings, sister, Marilyn Jones, and very special sisterinlaw Helen Bolling.
Visitation will be at Webb Funeral Home Wednesday, September 18, 2013 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 10:00am with William B. Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jake Hall, Collin Hall, Nathan Taylor, Jr. Files, Jerry Murphy, and Jimmy Slay.
