Mr. Larry Cleveland Gressett Sr.

Services for Mr. Larry Cleveland Gressett Sr. will be held Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Salem Baptist Church with Bro. Tom Woods officiating. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Gressett, age 33, passed away on February 17, 2011. He loved his children, family, and Country. He also loved being a volunteer firefighter and was a member of ToomsubaAlamucha Volunteer Fire Department. Larry was a member of LEMA Lauderdale Emergency Management Agency and a member of Salem Baptist Church. He was employed by Webster Electric. Larry lost his life being a hero.

He is survived by his two sons, Larry Cleveland Gressett Jr. and Waylon Lois Gregory Gressett His mother and stepfather, Phyllis and Larry Bielefeld His father and stepmother, L.D. and Violet Gressett Brother, Kevin Gressett StepBrother, Kevin Ray Culpepper StepSister, Kassie Reed His Grandmothers, Betty Pollard and Carolyn Bielefeld Fiance, Jackie Vargas and her sons Alec Anthony and Nick Vargas A special Aunt, Debra and Uncles Clarence and Greg Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and by all the Toomsuba Volunteer Firefighters.

He is preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Buster Pollard, Cleveland Davis, and Lois Gressett and by his grandmother, Dot Gressett.

Pallbearers are Jay Pierce, Jimmy Eckman, Jeremy Bunyard, Chad Hover, William Joiner, and James Shelby

Honorary Pallbearers will be ToomsubaAlamucha Fire Department.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 24, 2011 at Webb Funeral Home from 58 pm.
