Services for Mrs. Lillie E. Price will be held at 1:30 pm Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Webb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Gentry and Rev. Gary Hamrick officiating. Interment will be held at Pine Springs Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Price, age 95, of Meridian, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was retired from Alden MillsMeyWebb as a knitter after having worked for 50 years.

She is survived by Two Daughters, Bobbie Hamrick and her husband Tommy of Pasadena, TX and Dot Hoffer of Meridian, MS Son, Dennis Price and his wife Bonnie of Meridian, MS Soninlaw, Walter Butch Martin of Dickinson, TX Grandchildren, Richard Ricky Hamrick, Danny Hamrick, Gary Hamrick and his wife Sabrina, Dale Hoffer and his wife Judy, Jimmy Hoffer, Wally Martin and his wife Lori, Michael Martin, Sharon Godwin and her husband Tim, Jason Price and his wife Aubre, Berry Price and his wife Crystal, and Randy Moore Great Grand Children, Chanel Spicer and her husband Darren, Lauryn Hamrick, Courtney Hamrick, Thomas Hamrick, Stephen Hoffer, Michelle Hoffer Wilkinson, Kylar Martin, Colby Martin, Tyler Martin, Johnathan Godwin, Matthew Godwin, Amy Godwin, and Carson Price Great Great Grandchildren, Isla Spicer, Dalton Hoffer, Brooklynn Wilkinson, Matthew Wilkinson, Authum Godwin, and Summer Godwin.

She was preceded by her parents, Victor and Maude Townsend Husband, Clarence Price Great Grandson, Matthew Hoffer Brother, Joe Townsend Son in law, Fiddler Hoffer Granddaughter, Kimberly Martin Daughter, Linda Martin.

Pallbearers are to be her Grandsons.

Visitation will be held at Webb Funeral Home on Monday, June 25, 2012 from 5 8 p.m.
