Services for Louise Blackwell will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Webb Chapel with Rev. Don Talley and Rev. Delores Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Jones Chapel Church of God Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Blackwell, 85, of Meridian, died Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Bedford Care Center in Marion.

She is survived by her children, Cecil Carl Blackwell and wife Sandie of Meridian Donna Lynn Riley and husband Michael of Durango, Colo., and Gregory Dale Blackwell and wife Kim of Olney, Maryland grandchildren, Kristin S. Riley of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jodi Murray and husband Tom of LaJolla, Calif., Katie Moran and husband Chris of Baltimore, Maryland, and Kyle G. Blackwell of Olney, Maryland great grandchildren, Katie and Ryan Murray of LaJolla, Calif. and sister, Klue Blackwell and husband George of Meridian.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Cecil Blackwell and half brothers, Terry and MJ Cardnell.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Brewer, Tim Skinner, Chris Skinner, Corey Skinner, Wesley Skinner, and Kyle Blackwell. Honorary pallbearer will be Todd Skinner.

The family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimers Association of East Ms. 196 Charmant Place, Suite 4, Ridgeland, Ms. 39157.
